When your order is successfully placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email.  You’ll receive a second email when your order is shipped.  The shipping confirmation will include instructions on how to track your order, if you have selected a shipping method for which that service is available.  If you don’t receive a shipping confirmation within 48 hours (or two business days) of placing your order, please email us at help@octa.com.  Please allow extra time for orders placed on weekends and holidays.


We ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) or United Parcel Service (UPS).  Orders placed before 2pm EST,  Monday-Friday, will be sent out the same day. Orders placed after 2pm EST will ship the following business day.  Saturday and Sunday are not counted as transit days.

We spend the following annual holidays resting in gratitude and connecting with loved ones: Labor Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Friday Following Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day Following Christmas, and January 1st.  We also observe all USPS and UPS holidays and closures.  Orders placed on holidays or carrier closures will be processed on the next possible business day.

All deliveries to APO, FPO and DPO addresses will be made via USPS.

We cannot guarantee that all shipping methods will be available to all locations and addresses, and we cannot be responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen or misdirected shipments by the carrier.  Shipping confirmation may not be available for international orders. All orders are subject to product availability, applicable restrictions, carrier availability and any circumstances beyond Octa’s reasonable control.


For international shipments, the recipient is responsible for all customs duties, taxes and tariffs levied by the country of destination.  Such duties, taxes, and tariffs may be billed by the courier and/or imposed by a customs and import department.  Octa is not responsible for any such fees incurred.  Please note that we are required by law to declare the proper value of all shipments.  If you have any questions about our International Shipping Policy, please contact help@octa.com.

For international orders returned to Octa due to incorrect or missing address information, shipping fees are non-refundable. Additional shipping charges will apply to re-ship the items to the correct address.  International orders refused by the recipient for any reason and/or returned to Octa for non-payment of Customs Duties and Taxes are non-refundable.  Octa reserves the right to refuse payment in its sole and absolute discretion.


In an effort to help reduce the environmental impact of shipping items across the country (or world!), we do not ship partial orders.  If one of your item(s) is back-ordered, we’ll wait until all items are in stock to release your shipment.  If one of your item(s) is backordered and you wish to receive the balance of the order immediately, please contact help@octa.com.  You may be required to pay multiple shipping fees.  Thanks for your understanding and patience!
